Dear Friends,

The time is right. Thanks to your support, Golden Harvest Food Bank has risen to the challenges of the pandemic and the decades that came before. We are thrilled for our next chapter and what that means for the communities we serve.

Two years ago, our lives and the lives of everyone in the world changed forever. After seeing the impact that the pandemic has had on our neighbors, we dug deep and asked ourselves, “Who are we today, and how can we best serve our communities moving forward?”

Knowledge is power, so we spoke to you, our supporters who share in our mission: donors, volunteers, partner agencies, staff, board members, community members, and more. From your input, we set out to create an identity that reflects the organization we are and strive to be in the future.

I hope it speaks to you as much as it does to me.

We partnered with local creative agency Wier/Stewart, to help create a new look that is easier to see in today’s digital world, represents the scope of our operations, honors our 40-year history, and increases awareness by emphasizing the weight of community involvement to our mission.

Our new branding includes an updated logo, color palette, and tagline. Honoring the 40-year legacy of the Food Bank, we will continue to use Golden Harvest gold. With inspiration from colorful fruits, vegetables, and roots, our new color palette coveys our commitment to fresh food while maintaining our flexibility and keeping our communications colorful and bright.

Rest assured, we’re here for the long haul, day in and day out, steadfast in our commitment to meet people where and when they need us most.

Thank you for being here right along with us to ensure that everyone in our community has the resources they need to thrive. Because Every Meal Matters.
