In the aftermath of a sudden crisis like the death of a loved one, the loss of a job, or a medical emergency, a thriving family can suddenly find themselves struggling to make ends meet. Many families may be working, but still unable to make ends meet. Others are unable to work due to age or disability.

In order to help hungry families in our community get access to food, Golden Harvest launched the SNAP Outreach Program. Our SNAP Outreach staff help to connect individuals in need with the Federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, and to assist in navigating the application process.
