Amy Breitmann
President and CEO
Amy Breitmann is the President and CEO of Golden Harvest Food Bank. Amy joined the Food Bank in 2019, bringing over 20 years of non-profit leadership experience to her role.
A native of northern Ohio, Amy holds a BA in English and a Masters in Community Agency Counseling from Bowling Green State University. Amy was the Co-Founder and Director of Development for The Lydia Project, a nonprofit organization that provides thousands of cancer patients across the country with supportive services. Later, she worked with Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia to fundraise for major projects including the opening of Helms College and Edgar’s Grill. Amy also served as the Vice President of Marketing for Vi Bella Jewelry, an international nonprofit providing employment in impoverished villages in Haiti and Mexico.
Amy and her husband Troy have lived in the Augusta area for 23 years and have two adult children.
