Dear Friends,
Right now, tens of thousands of children, along with families, seniors, and individuals across our region, are facing hunger. At the same time, rising food costs and federal nutrition program changes are reducing the resources we rely on to meet the growing need.
We are doing everything we can to fill the gap, purchasing more food than ever before to make sure our neighbors have access to the nourishment they deserve.
Even in the face of these challenges, I remain hopeful because I’ve seen what this community can do when we come together. At our new Produce Rescue Center, fresh produce and boxes of nutritious food are being sorted and packed for families with children. It’s a joy to see hundreds of volunteers each week come alongside us to do this important work.
But we can’t do it alone. As the gap grows, we’re counting on community support to help feed our neighbors. Please consider donating, volunteering, or sharing our mission.
