Right now, one in nine people in our service area don’t have enough to eat. Your monthly gift will help provide food and hope to hungry children, families and seniors in our community all year long.
Matching gift programs allow you to multiply the impact of your gift — at no cost to you. In some cases, this doubles the amount of your gift!
Ask your company’s HR or community relations staff if there’s a matching gift program at your workplace. Ask for the form and follow the donation instructions. When you donate, your employer will follow up with a donation as well.
Workplace Employee Giving
Payroll deductions are an easy way to make charitable donations directly and automatically from your paycheck.
Ask your company’s HR or community relations staff if there’s a payroll deductions program at your company.
Combined Federal Campaign
You can help feed the hungry through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC).
If you are a federal employee, just enter CFC #79048 on your campaign pledge card. If you are a State Employee, select #222120 on your campaign pledge card.
Make a Stock Transfer
A gift of appreciated securities, including stocks or bonds, is an easy and rewarding way to give. The total value of the stock upon transfer is tax-deductible, and there is no obligation to pay any capital gains taxes on the appreciation.
