Dear Friends,
Because of you, more neighbors are finding their way through one of the hardest moments of their lives.
Right now, more people are turning to food banks for the very first time. Rising costs have stretched budgets to a breaking point, and for many, asking for help is a step they never imagined taking.
The resources we depend on are also under pressure. We’ve faced a 40% reduction in food from The Emergency Food Assistance Program, alongside a broader decline in donated food. The challenges are real. But so is our resolve. And so is yours.
Because of your support, we’re prioritizing food purchases, deepening partnerships, and growing programs like Summer Harvest. Now in its third year and expanding into our South Carolina communities for the first time, Summer Harvest will ensure families with children don’t have to wonder where their next meal is coming from when school lets out.
Thanks to you, we are not just responding. We are building something more resilient for every neighbor who needs us.
Grace and peace,
