Choose “Pickup” for Purchased Orders
When logging into your online order account, there in the initial “Scheduler” function, you now choose “PICKUP” regardless at this time whether you go to the Distribution Center to collect your order or have it delivered to your site.
All other scheduler functions and order deadlines remain unchanged.
Important: If you are picking up a purchased order, as always in the past, you will still be able to shop as normal during your regular appointment.
For Shopping Only and/or USDA Order Pickups
*IF* you are not picking up a purchased order but are only going to the Distribution Center to either shop or pick up a USDA allocation order only, you must now schedule that visit online through the online ordering system. No longer ar there standing appointments or appointments by phone!
Appointments must now strictly be made online through Agency Express!
After successfully reserving your desired appointment time, go to the shopping list to “order” item “Shopping/USDA only,” quantity 1. Add it to your cart. Check out as normal then submit your cart. The same deadlines for food purchase orders do apply! If you made your appointment past the known deadline your order will be rejected. So please plan ahead.
