Contact your designated County Coordinator about your plans and purpose. Click here for a list of counties and contacts
Fill out a Golden Harvest Partner Agency Application and mail it to your County Coordinator
A Scheduled Site Visit from your County Coordinator, at this time a $50 Certification Fee is due
Attend Orientation
Start Serving your Community!

Orientations are conducted quarterly at each Golden Harvest Food Bank Location. To qualify for a seat in orientation, you must also meet the paperwork and site visit deadlines.

March 15 Orientation
Application due by: February 15th.
Site Visit Complete by March 5th.
June 21 Orientation
Application due by: May 21st.
Site Visit Complete by June 11th.
September 20 Orientation
Application due by: August 21st.
Site Visit Complete by September 10th.
December 20 Orientation
Application due by: November 20th.
Site Visit Complete by December 10th.

How It Works

There are 3 ways Partner Agencies can access food from Golden Harvest Food Bank:

Warehouse Orders: Partner Agencies are able to log into our online ordering system and place a bulk pickup order from our warehouses. Orders must be placed in advance.

Distribution Area: Each of our warehouses has an area similar to a grocery store. Partner Agencies are able to shop for smaller quantities of items or unique needs in this area. Please note some of our Distribution Areas are by appointment only.

Manna Distributions: These are truckloads of fresh produce and bread. Agencies are able to request these distributions when available to supplement their orders from the Warehouse and Distribution Area. There are applicable fees depending on the quantity and product desired. Trucks and products are limited for this program. Please call your County Coordinator for more information or to schedule a truck.
