HOW TO APPLY

To get started, please fill out a Community Partner Pre-Application Form and email it to community@goldenharvest.org.

Our team will review your information and assess the emergency food needs in your area.

A Community Partnerships Coordinator will follow up with you to let you know next steps.

Please note that due to the current volume of partners in certain areas, your application may be placed on a waiting list.

Orientations are an important part of the onboarding process, equipping you with all the resources you need to make a difference in our community. Orientations are conducted quarterly at each Golden Harvest Food Bank Location. Dates will be published soon!

HOW IT WORKS

There are 3 ways Partner Agencies can access food from Golden Harvest Food Bank:

Warehouse Orders: Partner Agencies are able to log into our online ordering system and place a bulk pickup order from our warehouses. Orders must be placed in advance.

TEFAP and GNAP: 
TEFAP – The Emergency Food Assistance Program – Commodities available to eligible agencies
GNAP- Georgia Nutrition Assistance Program – Designated for GA Agencies that serve children 17 & under

Distribution Area: Each of our warehouses has an area similar to a grocery store. Partner Agencies are able to shop for smaller quantities of items or unique needs in this area. Please note some of our Distribution Areas are by appointment only.
